At Sydney Montessori Schools, learning goes beyond classrooms—and this day proved it.  On March 12, 2026, our students had the proud opportunity to participate, and perform at the inauguration of the modernized Changanassery Railway Station by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, under the prestigious Amrit Bharat Station Scheme.

This landmark event gave our young learners a rare chance to see nation-building in action. From experiencing the energy of a grand public gathering to understanding India’s growing infrastructure, it was a powerful lesson beyond textbooks.

The beautifully redeveloped station stood as a symbol of progress, inspiring curiosity, pride, and awareness among our students. Being part of this moment helped them connect with real-world developments and appreciate the vision shaping our country’s future.
